Return and Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. PatioChairSupplies.com is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by PatioChairSupplies.com. All returns must be received within 10 days of the receipt of your products. All shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
Order Change or Cancellation
If you want to change or cancel an order, you must do so via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order and having received a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for cancellation or a change of order authorization by PatioChairSupplies.com only. Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or canceled. Any order that has been shipped falls under our Return and Exchange policy. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by PatioChairSupplies.com. Restocking fees may apply.
Slings & Pre-cut Straps
All slings and pre-cut straps are custom-made and are not cancelable or returnable, unless PatioChairSupplies.com is responsible for the mistake. Be certain that your measurements, sling or strap option and quantity are correct. If the slings or pre-cut straps you received are not consistent with the measurements you provided in your order, or you received the incorrect color or width of fabric or strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your products to be replaced. Shipping Dates & Methods
All products will be shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment. Slings and pre-cut straps are the only exceptions. Slings and pre-cut straps will ship within 10 days after receipt of payment. PatioChairSupplies.com will use USPS, UPS or Fedex mail depending on the items ordered and their destination.
All custom made Slings are warranted for a period of one (01) year. The warranty only covers loose thread, stitches coming off or sling unraveling. Color fading, punched holes, ripping the slings and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty or any other warranty by PatioChairSupplies.com. If you need our warranty service please send us the Order Number, a detailed description of the issue and attach a digital picture or the defective location of your sling to us by email at info@PatioChairSupplies.com
